Fish, quinoa, edamame, beetroot & cabbage

Quinoa is rich in antioxidants. A diet high in antioxidants has ben linked with a decreased risk of heart disease as it helps prevent damage to your heart and other organs.


Packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a great source of fiber, folate, manganese, potassium, iron and vitamin C, and have been associated with numerous health benefits, including improved blood flow, lower blood pressure, and increased exercise performance.


Cabbage is a good source of antioxidants, especially vitamin K. It is also high in fiber, making it easier to digest foods and keep your digestive system healthy.


Edamame are immature soybeans, and contains significantly more vitamin K and folate than mature soybeans. It is also rich in protein, containing a whopping 11g per 100g.
