Each meal plan is meticulously calculated to provide the ideal calorie count for each goal weight category and contains the ideal amount of protein, carbohydrates and fats.
Whether you want to lose, gain or maintain weight; our plans automatically create the calorie deficit or surplus you need to reach your goal fast and effectively. In other words, you eat for your goal!
With 10 different goal weight categories, ranging from 40kg – 90kg, you simply choose the one that applies to you. The best part? No need to track your macros or count calories, it has all been done for you!
All our meal plans are red meat, processed meat, dairy, wheat and sugar free and covers five days a week. We offer two distinct options; pescatarian and pesce-pollotarian.
